At Boodles we take the time to prepare our food from scratch.  If there is something you would like for your party that you do not see on our menu, one of our talented chefs would be delighted to accommodate your request. 

*Prices are based on a Minimum of 25 people

*$12.95 One Entrée Buffet

Choice of 1 entrée, 1 starch, 1 vegetable, 1 salad 

*$14.95 Two Entrée Buffet

Choice of 2 entrees, 1 pasta, 1 starch, 1 vegetable, 1 salad

*$16.95 Three Entrée Buffet

Choice of 3, entrees, 1 pasta, 2 starches, 2 vegetables, 1 salad

 

Entrée Selections 

Chicken Marsala, Chicken Picatta, Chicken Siciliano, Chicken Parmesan, Cod with lemon dill sauce, Tilapia Almandine, Pork loin Diane, Meatballs, Italian Sausage and Peppers, BBQ Ribs, Meatloaf, Salmon Cakes with Lobster Cream Sauce, Lasagna.

 

$ 3.00 extra per person – Shrimp scampi, Seafood Strudel, Crab Cakes, Salmon with lemon caper sauce, Herb Crusted whitefish

 

$5.00 extra per person – Beef Tenderloin, Prime Rib

 

Starch Selections 

Garlic mashed potatoes, Roasted red skins, Au gratin, Anna potatoes, Cheesy Potatoes, Rice pilaf, Potatoes O’ Brian, Roasted yukon golds. Twice Baked potatoes available + $1.00/person

 

Vegetable Selection 

Green Beans Almandine, Seasonal Vegetable Medley, Corn O’ Brian, Corn on the Cobb (seasonal), Broccoli and Cauliflower au gratin, Peas and Carrots, Candied Carrots with Pecans.

 

Pasta Selections 

Penne Primavera, Penne Marinara, Penne with meat Sauce, Baked Mosticholi, Cheese Tortellini with vodka sauce, Macaroni and Cheese

 

Assorted Ravioli’s Available for $1.00/person

Black truffle purses, 3 cheese, chicken and spinach, Wild Mushroom, andouille sausage, butternut squash

 

Salad Selections

House baby field greens salad, Caesar salad, Fresh Fruit Display, Italian Pasta salad, Potato salad, Coleslaw.

 

Available for $1.00/person – Spinach salad, Cobb salad, Antipasti salad, Chef salad, Greek salad.

 

Desserts

We offer a Large variety of Gourmet Cakes, please inquire for a full list of flavors. 

All 12 piece round cakes $35.00 each 

Sheet Cakes available for 40 people or more for only $2.00 per person.

 

$120.00 Deliver, set up and break down fee (includes chaffing dishes).  Labor is $15 per person, per hour. Tax and gratuity not included. Plates, silverware and black napkins available for $2.50 per person
