Party trays are available for pick up. delivery is extra.

Basic Cheese and fruit tray – $4.50 per person

Cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack, seasonal fruits, crackers

Gourmet Cheese and Fruit Tray - $5.75 per person

Aged cheddar, Garlic and herb boursin, Gorgonzola, Brie, seasonal fruits, crackers

Cold Poached Salmon tray - $6.00 per person

Lemon and dill poached salmon served with diced red onion, egg, capers and cream cheese served with toast points.

Chilled tenderloin with grilled vegetables - $7.00 per person

Rubbed with garlic, Dijon and Worcestershire and grill to your liking.  Sliced and served with balsamic grilled vegetables and horseradish sauce.  Make it a sandwich station with fresh bread, lettuce and tomato for only $1.50 per person.

Vegetable platter – $3.50 per person

Carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, and red peppers, with your choice of dip.  Ranch, dill, honey mustard, red pepper aioli, hummus.
